Culture Block The Ham Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

7. User Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to view, modify, and delete their personal information at any time.
If a user wishes to view, modify, or delete personal information, they may send an email request to the company's personal information manager. If a user requests deletion of personal information, the company will immediately and completely destroy the relevant data in a form that cannot be reproduced permanently. Users have the right to have their personal information protected, but they also have the obligation to protect themselves and not infringe on the information of others. Users must enter their personal information as accurately as possible and take care not to leak their personal information to prevent unexpected accidents.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between users and the service provider when using the membership service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Culture Block The Ham Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) website.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions)

① These terms and conditions are made effective when they are posted on the service screen or announced to users through other methods, and when users who agree to them sign up for the service.
② The service provider may change the contents of these terms and conditions if it deems it necessary, and will post the changed terms and conditions on the service screen so that users can directly check them.
③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may discontinue using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If he/she continues to use the service, he/she will be deemed to have agreed to the change in terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.
④ If the user agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will be applied preferentially to the service provider's service provision and the user's service use, and these terms and conditions will take precedence over the personal information protection policy provided by the service provider. For matters not specified in these terms and conditions, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Broadcasting and Communications Deliberation Committee's Deliberation Regulations, the Information and Communications Ethics Code, the Program Protection Act, and other relevant laws and customs of the Republic of Korea will apply.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

① The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
- 1. User: Members and non-members who access the service and receive services provided by the service provider.
- 2. Member: A person who accesses the service, agrees to these terms and conditions, receives an ID (unique number) and password, and completes a verification process such as text message authentication.
- 3. Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member.
- 4. ID (unique number): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the service provider for member identification and use of the member's service.
- 5. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user to protect the member's information.
- 6. Termination of Use: The service provider or member expresses intent to terminate the service agreement after using the service.
② The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions, except as provided for in Article 1, shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and service-specific guidelines.

Article 4 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

The service agreement is established through the user's agreement to the terms and conditions and the service provider's approval of the user's application for use.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

To apply for use, the user records personal information in the membership application form requested by the service provider on the service's member information screen.

Article 6 (Acceptance and rejection of application for use)

① If the service provider accurately describes the matters stipulated in Article 5 and applies for service use, the service provider may accept the application for service use in accordance with internal regulations.
② In the following cases, the service provider may restrict the use of some services until the reasons for the restriction are resolved.
- 1. If the content is found to be false (false name, non-real name) or there is reasonable cause to suspect it to be false
- 2. When other service providers are deemed necessary
③ The service provider may restrict application for use in the following cases.
- 1. When you did not apply under your real name
- 2. When applying using someone else’s name
- 3. When the information in the application form is false
- 4. If you have committed an act or made an expression of intent that is contrary to the purpose of the website.
- 5. When the application is made with the purpose of disturbing the peace, order, or public morals of society.
- 6. When the application requirements set by other service providers are not met

Article 7 (Changes to contractual terms)

Members can view and edit their information at any time through member information management. Members must edit information provided at the time of application for use if it has changed. Members are responsible for any problems that arise from failure to edit information.
